Having finally finalized her divorce to former cheating husband Rupert Sanders, Liberty Ross sees no reason why she shouldn’t discuss the events that unfolded two years ago.
Kristen Stewart openly admitted to having had an affair with Rupert while she was still in a close relationship with Robert Pattinson.
Rupert, who was happily married at the time, was said to have hooked up with Stewart on numerous occasions following their time together on the set of ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’.
Liberty was quick to react by throwing her husband out of their shared home and filing for divorce. An insider claimed at the time that Ross was “deeply hurt” and struggling to come to terms with the fact that her husband had cheated on her with his on-set co-star.
But, having successfully moved on from that deep chapter in her life, Liberty has learned a lot of things. Some which she addresses in the latest issue of Grazia magazine.
“Trusting your gut is always the best thing, no matter what people around you insist you should be doing or saying or thinking. Only you know and once you live the truth your heart is completely free.”
Some say Liberty Ross could be referring to the choice she made when filing for divorce while others believe that she already had her suspicions with Kristen ever since she started spending more and more time with her ex-husband.
What was to happen following the cheating scandal wasn’t pleasant for neither of the cheaters. Kristen ended up losing Robert Pattinson who reportedly couldn’t recover from constantly thinking that his girlfriend would misuse his trust again.
Meanwhile, Rupert not only lost his wife, he lost a fortune in his earnings and properties which Liberty was granted to by a judge following their split.
It’s interesting that Liberty is coming forward with this now though, seeing that this all happened two years ago. In a sense she’s reinforcing the message of realizing what you have at home and not take it for granted, because the other half that’s waiting for you may not put up with it once the truth comes out.
