The Voice Season 13: Miley Cyrus just wrapped up with the 11th season of reality show The Voice. However, it looks like the singer is already looking forward to season 13. Cyrus is reported to be absent from the 12th season of the talent hunt show. However, she announced that she will be back on the fall season next year. The singer shared a sweet message for her fans and co-stars where she thanked everyone for being great on the show. Read further to know more about what she had to say.
Miley Cyrus On The Voice
According to a report by Inquisitr, Cyrus expressed that she was brought to the show to meet not only the incredible competitors but also the great fellow coaches, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Alicia Keys. Cyrus missed making it to the finale episode of the season. However, her debut season was tons of fun and the singer is definitely looking forward to returning for the 13th season.
Before Cyrus joins her co-stars for the show’s 13th season, she will be taking a month’s break from the reality show as her fellow coach, Gwen Stefani would take over. Stefani and Christina Aguilera have been alternating as coaches for the show in the past couple of years. But this year, Cyrus and Alicia Keys joined the coaches.
Gwen Stefani To Return On The Show
NBC confirmed that Stefani would return on the show and Cyrus would be a part of the 13th season. The president of NBC, Paul Telegdy, expressed that Stefani, Keys, Shelton and Adam would bring in unique chemistry and energy on the show.
Cyrus confirmed her return through her Twitter post. In the months that she will be away from the show, she has the company of her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth to enjoy. The couple got back together last year and have been going strong ever since.
